Work very well, heads up if getting these for use with clogs, should also get clog straps. I feel they elevate my feet a lot and worry my heel will slip out and I'll roll an ankle

Thank you for your great review! It's true that the first time users will find it a little bit intense in the beginning. The long time users have now gotten used to the massaging bumps on the sole and find now a new comfort in wearing them without insoles. They can be worn with or without insoles
