Return Policy

Calzuro Canada want you to look and feel good every time you shop Calzuro with us.  If you are not completely satisfied with a Calzuro item, we will gladly take it back in its original, unworn condition with the receipt and within 30 days of shipment arrival.

Worn products found to be defective may also be returned within 30 days of purchase.  Please email customer service at customerservice@calzuro.ca for instruction on how to return the defective item.

Returns must have no visible wear or alteration.  If we receive a return and determine (at our sole discretion) that it’s been worn or altered, it will no longer be eligible for refund or exchange.  Items that are returned past the 30 day return period will not be eligible for refund or exchange on in stock items only.

Responsibility for Freight:

The customer pays for the return postage and shipping fees, which will not be refunded by Calzuro Canada. The first exchange for items in stock only, the outbound freight is complimentary of Calzuro.ca. Within the 30-day policy, all other exchanges for the same order are the buyer’s responsibility with ALL S&H Fees.

 Calzuro Canada 30-Day Guarantee:

 Our goal at Calzuro.ca is complete customer satisfaction. Please ensure proper fit before your Calzuro shoes are worn. For Calzuro.ca to accept the returned product, shoes must be in new, unused and uncontaminated condition with original package contents. Calzuro.ca will only accept exchanges/returns within 30 days of the original shipping date. Please include a copy of the Calzuro Canada Return/Exchange Form.
