Disappointed in service
I ordered two pairs of socks for my husband, one business and one trail sock, they took more than 2 weeks to arrive, to BC from QC, one pair is tall, one is regular and one of the two pair came in the wrong box, relabelled with marker. He has not had a chance to use them yet as we just got them today, but one of the two pair he will not be able to wear and for the price, i would have expected the original box at the very least, to make me feel like they were new.

Both are size V and we'd like to know what exactly the issue is. We understand your disappointment regarding the incorrect packaging. We sometime must repack because the packaging we receive from the supplier is damaged. In the meantime, we want to make things right for you.
